FAQ
Is this allowed by Google Play and Apple?
Yes. We provide pre-launch QA and closed-testing engagement only — testers actually use the app. We do not write public App Store or Play Store reviews; that violates Apple §5.6 and Google Play review-manipulation policy and we will decline any such request.
Will Google flag my Play Console for using a tester service?
Google flags coordinated low-engagement test groups (same device fingerprint, idle installs). Our pool uses varied real devices and IP ranges, and testers genuinely use the app over the test window. If Google flags the testing for our reasons, we redo it free.
What do I receive at the end?
A structured bug report (PDF or Notion link) with repro steps, screenshots, and — for Pro QA — short video clips and written UX feedback. Closed-testing jobs include screenshot proof of testers using the app.
How are testers vetted?
Testers are sourced and managed by our India ops team on an hourly basis. Each goes through a vetting checklist (device verification, prior gig history, English proficiency for written reports). PMs review every report before delivery.
Can I see testers' identities?
No. To protect tester privacy and prevent off-platform poaching, we do not share identities. Testers sign an NDA covering your build before access. Build links expire after the test window.
What's the refund / redo policy?
If Google Play flags closed-testing for reasons within our control, or you are unsatisfied with bug-report quality, we redo the engagement free within 7 days. Cash refunds are case-by-case.
How fast can you start?
Standard: within 2 business days. Express / Priority: within 24 hours. iOS Pro turns around in 48 hours from kickoff.
Do you write reviews on the App Store or Play Store?
No. Never. That is review manipulation under Apple and Google policy. We are pre-launch QA only.
