Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TestServices is a service line of AsoGrove. For privacy enquiries, contact hello@asogrove.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account / billing data: name, email, billing address, VAT ID where applicable. Provided to Stripe for payment processing.
  • Intake data: app name, build link, test scope, special requests submitted via our intake form.
  • Build artifacts: the app build itself, screenshots, and any credentials you supply for testing.
  • Site analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. Plausible). No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.

3. Why we collect it

  • To deliver the service you purchased.
  • To process payment and issue invoices (legal obligation).
  • To improve the service in aggregate, anonymized form.
  • To respond to support requests.

4. Who we share it with

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Tally — intake form hosting.
  • Vercel — site hosting.
  • Tester pool — your build is shared on a need-to-know basis with vetted testers under NDA.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising purposes.

5. How long we keep it

  • Build links expire at the end of the test window.
  • Test reports and intake data: retained for 12 months for support, then deleted on request or after 24 months.
  • Billing records: retained for 7 years where required by tax law.

6. Your rights (GDPR / equivalent)

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing hello@asogrove.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (e.g. session for checkout). The site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. International transfers

Some sub-processors (e.g. tester pool in India) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date will reflect material changes.

This policy is a plain-language template. Have it reviewed by counsel for your jurisdiction before relying on it at scale.
