Terms of Service

TestServices is a service line of AsoGrove ("we", "us"). By purchasing a package on testservices.asogrove.com, you (the "Customer") agree to these Terms.

We provide pre-launch mobile-app quality assurance and Google Play closed-testing engagement using vetted human testers. Each package ("SKU") lists its specific scope on the pricing page. We do notprovide public App Store or Play Store reviews, ratings manipulation, or any service that violates Apple's Developer Program License Agreement or Google Play's policies. Any such request will be declined.

• You confirm you have the right to share the app build and credentials you provide.
• You will provide a working build, test instructions, and any required credentials within 5 business days of payment.
• You will not ask testers for activity that violates store policies or applicable law.

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We treat your build and feedback as confidential. Testers in our pool are bound by a non-disclosure agreement. We will sign an additional Customer-supplied NDA on request, free of charge. Build links provided to testers expire at the end of the test window.

You retain ownership of your app, brand, and any materials you provide. We retain ownership of our internal tooling, templates, and aggregated, anonymized service data used to improve the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to a SKU is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for that SKU. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or store-listing decisions made by Apple or Google.

We provide engagement and reporting in line with each SKU's scope. We do not guarantee that Google Play will accept any specific app for production publishing, that bugs will be found or absent, or that store-listing decisions will go any particular way. Where Google flags closed-testing for reasons within our control, we redo the engagement free under the Refund Policy.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with 7 days' written notice. We may decline or terminate any engagement that asks us to violate store policies or applicable law, with a pro-rata refund of unfulfilled scope.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Customer's place of business unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion before any formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page; the "last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
